Order Cancellation Policy

At MUNBYMEHRUNNISA, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, cancellations are time-sensitive.

Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at customerservice@munbymehrunnisa.com. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. 

Custom & Sale Items

Please note that custom-made items and sale items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Important Notes:

• Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• We are not responsible for delays in refund processing once issued.
