1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from order confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We ship the following ways:

UK Domestic
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (premium rate applies)• Special next day delivery: 1 business day (weekdays only excluding Fridays)
• Saturday special next day delivery: only valid for Fridays• All specials must be ordered before 2pm during weekdays (excluding bank holidays and weekends). If placed on Saturday or Sunday, the order will be sent out as special next day on the following business day -
International Shipping
• Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days).
• Shipping fees depend on destination and package size/weight.
• Express delivery options available at checkout for faster service.
3. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot predict these fees as they vary by destination and local regulations.

If a customer refuses customs fees and the package is returned, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.
4. Tracking

All orders include a tracking number provided via email once dispatched.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active in the carrier’s system.
5. Delays and Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or incorrect/unverified address details.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with an investigation.

Exchanges for non-sale items are accepted, but postage costs—both outbound and return—are the customer’s responsibility.
